We arrived in Prague Tuesday evening. We were hungry, so we went straight to the city center. It was tricky finding an open restaurant after 23 pm, but after many attepmts, we succeeded. The next day we set off to visit the city. We only had 24 hours but if you are somewhat organized you can visit most of Prague in one day.
I was not prepared for an “april winter” in Prague. In Cluj were over 20 degrees when we left.
What is worth visiting?
- Prague Castle
- St. Vitus Cathedral
- John Lennon’s Wall
- The Astronomical Clock
- Prague Old Town
- Charles Bridge
Other recommendations:
- Vytopna Railway Restaurant – as seen in the video, the beer is delivered to you by train 🙂
- Not worth bothering driving by car in town. A public transport ticket available for 24 hours costs around 4 euros (110 koruna).
